Walton & Hersham Supporters Club Annual General Meeting (updated notice and agenda)

Dear member Notice is given to all members of the Walton & Hersham Supporters Club that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is called for 6.15pm , Tuesday 18th August 2026, At the Weir Pub Walton On Thames. This will be before the home game against Dagenham & Redbridge, which has a kick off of 7.45pm. The supporters club is offering a free drink to existing members who attend the AGM, but you will need to take this offer up before the AGM business starts. This notice is also being sent to lapsed members from last season inviting you to rejoin The Supporters Club, if you rejoin before the AGM, you are welcome to come along and take part in the AGM. As the Football Club grows it is felt that The Supporters club needs to be relaunched to work in partnership with the Football Club as an independent voice for supporters. As part of this relaunch The Supporters Club will be setting out a clear set of aims / purpose including:
•     Develop a meaningful relationship with The Football Club.
•     Promote, maintain and value the history and identity of the Football Club and its supporters.
•     Encourage the Owners, Executives, Management and Players of the Football Club to appreciate, welcome and value the support and participation of all fans and ensure that equal                opportunities are promoted for all supporters.

Draft Constitution

We will also be looking to arrange subsidised coaches for Supporters Club members to away games along with other benefits and social activities. The first outing is likely to be against Truro on the 12th Sept.
